‘The Art of Softening’ is a 3-week online journey to slow down, release tension, and restore your system - and your spirit.
In this 3-week online course, you’ll learn to unwind the ‘always on’ pattern, soothe your nervous system, and return to a grounded sense of ease.
Each week includes guided somatic practices, journaling prompts, and gentle reflection to help you reconnect to your body’s natural rhythms and rest without guilt.
What you’ll learn:
Through nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and guided journaling, you’ll learn to:
Listen to your body’s signals with compassion
Regulate your energy and emotions gently
Rest without guilt, and trust that rest is repair
Resource yourself from within, even when life feels full

Calm amidst overstimulation: tools to soothe your nervous system when life feels overwhelming
Rest as a sacred act: learning that slowing down is not weakness, but wisdom
Embodied safety: rebuilding a sense of home within your body
Community & connection: an intimate group space and optional 1:1 call for deeper integration
Integration support: playlists, writing prompts, and simple rituals to return to long after the course ends

Week 1: Regulate - Befriending the Nervous System
Explore your natural stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and how they show up in daily life.
Learn simple somatic tools for grounding & safety through the vagus nerve.
Journaling for awareness and clarity
Week 2: Rest - Practicing Softness
Discover what true rest feels like in your body.
Unlearn the patterns of overdoing and self-pressure through self-compassion
Practices include self-massage, somatic rest & reflective journaling,
Week 3: Resource - Returning Home to Yourself
Reconnect with joy, creativity, and self-trust
Integrating rituals for nourishment and softness
Practices: somatic movement, sensory rituals, “future self” journaling.
Each session includes guidance, reflection and optional sharing within the group.
