About me

At the heart of my work is the nervous system: how it responds to stress, how it can become dysregulated, and how it can be supported in moving toward greater regulation and resilience.

My path into this work is shaped not only by study, but also by personal experience. I’ve learned firsthand how stress and tension can become embedded in the body, often outside of conscious awareness. Through learning to listen to my body and working with simple, body-based regulation practices, I experienced a gradual return of space, clarity, and steadiness. This process showed me how powerful - and at the same time how gentle - this work can be.

I bring this understanding into my work with individuals and teams who want to better understand how stress affects them and who are looking for practical ways to care for themselves, both in daily life and in the workplace. I combine insights from contemporary neuroscience with somatic movement and embodied awareness practices, translating them into approaches that are accessible and applicable.

My way of working is calm, practical, and grounded. Rather than focusing on fixing or analysing what is “wrong,” I support people in reconnecting with the signals and rhythms of their bodies. From there, greater choice, capacity, and resilience often emerge naturally in how people respond to stress and challenges.
