About me

For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by the spiritual dimension of life. Especially as a teenager I remember reading spiritual books and longing for a deeper connection to my Soul.

This longing led me on an ever-evolving quest. It sparked a desire in me to heal, as I started to understand that by working through different layers of pain, I could gradually gain more access to who I really am. During my life I’ve faced trauma, chronic physical pain, chronic illness, intense heartbreak, and dark nights of the Soul - just to name a few. I’ve had to heal and reinvent myself many times over.

Throughout the years I have explored many healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, and ancestral work. The somatic aspect of this journey has been very important to me so a big part of my practice has been dance and other types of somatic movement. I trained as a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher and I have been teaching yoga for many years.

As a somatic guide, it is my intention to offer all of the insights I have gathered on my own journey. I will tap into ancient wisdom traditions but most of all, I offer everything that I’ve found to be meaningful in my own process.

I believe one of my strengths as a guide is that I am not afraid to dig deep and go into the darkness, but at the same time I’m able to bring humor and lightness into my work. I am passionate about creating plenty of safety and spaciousness during a session so that even the most dark or neglected parts can feel welcomed.

The last few years have taught me how important it is to start living a more Soul-infused life, not only on a personal level but collectively as well. Systems within us but also those in the outside world seem to be breaking down. I see this as a sign of awakening and an invitation to build something entirely new from a new consciousness. So let’s get ready!

If any of this resonates with you and you are looking for guidance, I’d love to hear from you!
