What does a session look like?

During a session, I use somatic exercises to help you develop greater awareness of your body and nervous system. This increased awareness enables you to understand your own patterns and release tension. You’ll also learn techniques to bring yourself into states of safety and regulation.

Each session is customized to your needs but generally includes:

  • Foundational theory to help you understand your nervous system

  • Writing exercises

  • Gentle movement and stretches

  • Somatic meditation
