A 3-week Somatic Practice Circle for Nervous System Regulation

This course is for anyone who has read the books, taken the trainings, listened to the podcasts. 

You understand the nervous system, the importance of regulation, and the mind-body connection. But knowing isn’t always the same as feeling it in your body.

Rest & Remember is a gentle space to slow down, feel supported, and connect to your Soul.

Over three weeks, we explore the art of regulation through:

  • Somatic Practices — Nervous system exercises to help shift into rest & digest

  • Journaling — Time to reflect, process, and listen within

  • Group Sharing — A safe, optional space to be witnessed and co-regulate together

    This course is for you if you:

  • Understand nervous system concepts but struggle to apply them in real life

  • Crave a consistent, gentle space to practice somatic tools

  • Feel overwhelmed, stuck in “doing,” or disconnected from your body

  • Long for rest, but don’t always know how to access it

  • Want to feel supported in a small, safe group setting

  • Value connection, slowness, and showing up as you are
