Foundational Package – 3 Somatic Sessions
This package offers a supportive starting point to reconnect with your body and nervous system.
During three sessions, we explore how your nervous system responds to stress and work with gentle somatic practices that support regulation, awareness, and resilience.
You will also receive a workbook with reflection questions and simple exercises, designed to help you deepen your understanding and integrate what you learn between sessions.
