the nervous system library

A gentle, practical library of somatic tools to help you understand your nervous system, work with your survival responses, and find your way back to more regulation.

What it is

The Nervous System Library is a collection of somatic practices, meditations and reflections designed to help you better understand your nervous system and learn how to support yourself through different states: Fight, Flight, Freeze and Fawn.

Rather than a course you need to complete from beginning to end, the Library is a resource you can return to again and again. Learn to recognize what state you’re in, understand what your nervous system may need, and choose a practice that meets you there.

Whether you’re completely new to nervous system work or already have experience with somatic practices, the Library is designed to meet you where you are.

What’s inside the Library
