Sometimes summer can leave the nervous system feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, overstimulated, or disconnected from routine and self.
Soft Summer is a gentle 3-week online journey designed to support your nervous system through the transition into the summer months.
Through a combination of nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and community, we’ll explore practical tools to create more regulation, inner safety, and connection within ourselves.
This series is for anyone who is:
- feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally tired
- longing for more softness and grounding
- curious about the nervous system and somatic healing
- wanting to stay connected to themselves throughout the summer months
Each session will include:
- simple nervous system education
- somatic and vagus nerve practices
- guided meditations and short writing exercises for reflection
- space for rest, integration, and community

Week 2: Resourcing
Exploring support, connection & regulation
Week 3: Flow
Moving with emotion, softness & ease
No prior experience is needed.
